Jesus is my definition and my heart's song. I make music. Stars fascinate me. Mixing mediums in art has always been my something. I always make people take those personality tests (I'm such an infp & 9w8, in case you wanted to know). People who lived bravely inspire me - Audrey Hepburn, Elisabeth Elliot, Donald Miller. Freckles appear on my nose to remind me I'm not so much of an adult I can't kid (see how ridiculous i can be sometimes?). I Love Lucy is a great reminder of this fact, and there are too many quotes from that woman ( & Friends) that pop up in everyday life #oops. I'm nearly always drawing parallels and laughing at things. Oh, and I read as much as I can. Simplicity speaks to me. I cook up fun in the kitchen + breakfast is kind of like my thing. I have what my family calls an "airport walk" where I basically walk too fast but know exactly where I'm headed. Ready + waiting to travel the world and explore.
“And so my prayer is that your story will have involved some leaving and some coming home, some summer and some winter, some roses blooming out like children in a play. My hope is your story will be about changing, about getting something beautiful born inside of you about learning to love a woman or a man, about learning to love a child, about moving yourself around water, around mountains, around friends, about learning to love others more than we love ourselves, about learning oneness as a way of understanding God. We get one story, you and I, and one story alone. God has established the elements, the setting and the climax and the resolution. It would be a crime not to venture out, wouldn't it?" - Donald Miller
Excited to have you along on the journey, friend.
